There is no code to enter and no coach to search for inside Workout Titan Nutrition. The coaching relationship is set up on your coach's side, in Workout Titan Coaching, against the account you already use. Nutrition then recognizes you as a coached client and shows the extra controls.
Use the same account
This is the one thing that goes wrong, and it goes wrong at sign-in. Your Workout Titan account is one account across Coaching, Nutrition and Basecamp. If you sign in to Nutrition with Apple but your coach added the email address you use elsewhere, you have created a second account, and the second one has no coach attached to it.
If you expected a coach and see no Coaching section, check which method you signed in with before assuming anything is broken.
What appears once you are connected
A Coaching row shows up in Manage account. It is hidden entirely for anyone without a coach. Inside it is one switch, Share nutrition with coach, and an explanation of what sharing does. The hub row itself reads either Connected and sharing or Sharing off, so you can see the state without opening it.
On the day screen, a line appears while sharing is on: "Your nutritional information is shared with your coach." It is there every time you log, deliberately, so the arrangement is never something you have to remember.
What comes with the connection
- Your coach sees what you log: new food logs, weight entries and end-of-day notes.
- Your coach sets your targets: calorie and macro goals become theirs, and they can turn weight logging off.
- Their plan usually covers Pro: unlimited photo scans and food lookups, plus daily AI summaries, with nothing to pay and nothing to manage.
The Subscription screen says as much when this applies (included with your coaching) rather than showing you plans you do not need.
Sharing starts from now
Only entries logged after sharing is on are shared. Anything you logged before, or during a period when sharing was off, stays private permanently. There is no retroactive sharing in either direction, and turning the switch on does not hand over your back catalog.
"Account archived"
If your coaching account has been archived, no nutrition data is shared and the switch will not turn on. This is not something you can undo from inside Nutrition. Contact your coach and ask them to restore access.
Worth doing on your first day
Read what your coach can see before you start logging, so you are clear on it from the outset rather than working it out later. Then log a full day end to end. A complete day gives your coach far more to work with than a run of partial ones, and the first week is what your targets get adjusted against.
