Hydration is behind the More menu in Workout Titan Nutrition, and it is the fastest thing to log: two taps for a glass of water.
Logging a drink
1. Open More, then Hydration, and tap Log hydration.
2. Tap a preset (250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml or 1 L), or enter a custom amount in milliliters.
3. Check Caffeinated drink if it applies.
4. Save. The confirmation names the amount you added.
Every log adds to that day's total rather than replacing it, so five separate glasses is five separate entries. Custom amounts run from 1 ml to 10 L; anything outside that is rejected with a message saying so.
What counts as caffeinated
Coffee, tea, energy drinks, and anything else with caffeine in it. The checkbox does not reduce the volume. A 250 ml coffee still adds 250 ml to your hydration total. It keeps a separate count, so you can see how many caffeinated drinks you have had in a day.
There is no caffeine goal and nothing warns you. It is a tally, not a limit.
The chart
Six months of daily totals, swiped left and right, with your peak day marked and caffeinated drinks shown as their own series. It can take a moment to refresh after you log something.
The header line tells you where today stands against your goal, so you rarely need the chart to answer "have I drunk enough today".
Only today
Unlike food, hydration is logged for today. There is no backdating a Tuesday you forgot. In practice this matters less than it sounds, because a reconstructed water total is a guess anyway. It is still worth knowing before you go looking for the option.
Deleting an entry
Swipe it in the list and delete, confirming when asked. The message names the amount being removed so you can be sure you are deleting the right one of several identical glasses.
Setting your daily goal
Your daily goal lives in Preferences under Daily goals, and defaults to 2,000 ml if you leave it blank. Only what you log here counts toward it. Nutrition has no way of knowing about the water in your food or the tea you did not record, so a total that looks low is usually a logging gap rather than a hydration problem.
