Workout Titan Nutrition is free to use, with no time limit. Pro is the paid subscription on top of it. This is what it adds, how it is billed, and how to check or cancel it.
What Pro adds
- Unlimited photo scans and food lookups. A free account gets 15 of each in total, for the life of the account, and Pro removes both limits.
- A daily summary that reads your day back to you and points out what you might change.
Everything else is free: manual logging, the cookbook, weight, hydration, fasting, end-of-day notes, reminders, the week view and the connection to a coach.
Seeing the plans and prices
1. Open Manage account, then Subscription.
2. Choose Upgrade to Pro. You can also tap See Pro from a scan or lookup limit message.
The upgrade screen shows the plans on offer in your store, with prices in your local currency. When there is a monthly and an annual plan, both are shown with the annual saving, and annual is selected to start with. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
How billing works
Apple or Google takes the payment, charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Pro renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends, at the same price unless you are told about a change first.
Checking or canceling your plan
1. Open Manage account, then Subscription.
2. Check the card for your plan. It shows when Pro renews, or reads Active, not renewing once you have canceled.
3. To cancel or change your plan, choose Manage subscription. It opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, where the change is made.
Canceling stops the next renewal, not the period you have already paid for: Pro carries on until that period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription, and neither does deleting your Workout Titan account, because the store bills you, not the app. Cancel in the store as well.
When Pro ends
You go back to the free plan, with its allowance of 15 photo scans and 15 food lookups per account, and the daily summary stops. Nothing you have logged is affected, and foods saved in your cookbook still cost nothing to add. Photo scan or lookup limits reached explains how to make the free allowance go further.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, because they took the payment. Ask for one through the App Store or Google Play. Our Sales and Refunds Policy covers renewals, cancellations and price changes in full.
If your coach covers Pro
If your coach is on the Performance or Infinity plan and you share your nutrition with them, Pro is included. The Subscription screen says Included with your coaching, and there is nothing to pay or manage. Momentum and the free coaching plan do not include it, and turning sharing off ends the cover.
Lifetime Pro
If you were given lifetime Pro, the card for your plan reads Doesn't expire. There is nothing to renew, cancel or manage.
