Manage account, then Privacy & data, holds three switches: announcement emails, consent to health data, and deleting your account. Each one is yours to change at any time, and each saves as soon as you change it.
Announcement emails
Turn on Announcement emails to hear about new features and updates to Workout Titan's apps now and then. Turn it off to stop them. It covers these emails only: messages about your own account, such as a deletion date, still reach you. How to unsubscribe from receiving emails covers the link at the foot of each email as well.
Consent to health data
Your weight, your body details and the daily totals from a connected health app are health information, so Nutrition records them only with your explicit consent.
It asks when you first need it rather than at sign-up: when you enter your details during setup, log a weight, fill in About you or a weight goal, or connect Apple Health or Health Connect. Choose I agree to go ahead, or Not now to leave it. The rest of the app, including food logging, works either way.
If you have a coach, your consent covers your coach seeing this information too.
Withdrawing consent
1. Turn off Consent to health data.
2. Choose Withdraw.
Nothing new is recorded from then on, and your health app stops syncing. Your other devices check the same answer, so they stop too and ask again before saving anything. Weight logs and body details you have already saved stay until you delete them. Turn the switch back on whenever you want to give consent again.
Deleting your account
Turn on Delete my account and confirm. We delete your account and everything in it 14 days later, email you the exact date, and you can cancel by turning the switch off before then. It deletes your whole Workout Titan account, in every app, not just Nutrition. Deleting your account explains what is removed and what has to be kept.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription, because Apple or Google bills you for it. Cancel it from Manage account, then Subscription, first.
What this screen does not control
Sharing with a coach has its own switch, Share nutrition with coach, under Manage account, then Coaching. What your coach can see lists exactly what it shares. Hydration and fasting are never shared.
