Workout Titan Coaching vs Everfit

How Workout Titan Coaching and Basecamp compare with Everfit on price, the exercise library, nutrition, automation and payments, offline use and languages.

We make Workout Titan Coaching, so we have a stake in this. How we kept it fair

The short answer

Choose Workout Titan Coaching if you want every feature on every plan with no add-ons, prices in your own currency, a phone app that logs sets, weight and messages without signal, clients in Portuguese as well as five other languages, and Basecamp included. Choose Everfit if you want a free plan for five clients, an exercise library and AI workout builder, automation, payments and six wearable platforms in one place.

Choose Workout Titan Coaching if…

  • you want the coaching tools included on every plan, with nothing sold as an add-on
  • you coach Brazilian Portuguese speakers, or want the coach's tools translated as well as the client's
  • your clients need to log sets, weight, habits and messages with no signal, not just follow a downloaded workout
  • you want a browser workspace with tabs, sticky notes and every client's numbers on one screen
  • you want nutrition logging your clients can use free, with the source and confidence shown on every entry

Choose Everfit if…

  • you have four or five clients and want a free plan that covers them all
  • you want a ready-made exercise library, programme templates and an AI workout builder
  • you want automation: scheduled messages, onboarding sequences and broadcasts
  • you want payments, community forums and an on-demand content library in the same platform
  • your clients wear Garmin, Oura or Fitbit devices, or want an Apple Watch app

Pricing

Tie

Everfit is free for five clients and cheaper at the bottom of the ladder; Workout Titan Coaching includes every feature on every plan, prices in your currency, and sells nothing as an add-on.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • Foundation: free for up to 3 clients, with no time limit, and every coaching tool included
  • Momentum £19.99 a month for 5 clients; Performance £39.99 for 25; Infinity £89.99 for unlimited (around 20% less paid annually)
  • Priced in your local currency through Apple or Google
  • No add-ons: habits, forms, nutrition targets and Basecamp are in every plan; forms need Performance
  • Clients never pay, and keep read-only access to their programmes if you stop

Everfit

  • Starter: free for up to 5 clients, without habits, forms, food journal, branding or payments
  • Pro from $16 a month for 5 clients paid annually ($19 monthly), rising by client count to about $242 for 300
  • Studio from $88 a month for 50 clients; Enterprise for 500+
  • Add-ons on paid plans: Payments $8 to $9, Autoflow automation $24 to $29, Meal Plans $33 to $39, On-demand collections $21 to $25 a month
  • Priced in US dollars only; no card needed to start
More on Pricing

Both have a real free plan, and Everfit’s covers more people: five clients to Workout Titan’s three. The difference is what the free plan holds. Everfit’s Starter is workouts, metrics, photos, tasks and messaging; habits, forms and food logging need Pro. Workout Titan’s Foundation is the whole coaching toolkit for three people, including the nutrition connection and Basecamp. At five clients Everfit Pro is cheaper than Momentum. Further up, Everfit’s slider and add-ons make the total depend on what you switch on, while Workout Titan’s four prices are the whole bill. We have called this a tie because which is cheaper depends on which of those you value.

Building programmes

Winner: Everfit

Everfit gives you an exercise library of more than a thousand videos, programme templates and an AI workout builder; Workout Titan Coaching gives you a fast builder for your own exercises and videos, and nothing pre-written.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • Build your own exercises with sets, reps or time, rest, weight and notes, singly or grouped as Versatile exercises for supersets, tri-sets and cluster sets
  • Two switches per exercise: comprehensive updates (sets and reps logged) and unilateral updates (left and right logged separately)
  • Upload your own demonstration videos, up to 500 MB, captioned automatically in Basecamp; or link a YouTube video
  • Copy a whole workout or a single exercise to another client; folders with colours, icons and a description the client reads
  • Build a whole block in Basecamp on a big screen, with last-viewed, views and engagement shown on every workout and exercise

Everfit

  • Built-in exercise library of 1,000+ videos, since expanded, plus your own uploads and YouTube or Vimeo links
  • AI workout builder on Pro and above
  • Structured, progressive programme templates assigned to a client’s calendar
  • Advanced programme builder and workout collections on Pro; on-demand training portal on Studio
  • Sport coaching with skill drills and performance analytics
More on Building programmes

This is a difference in philosophy rather than a missing feature. Workout Titan Coaching assumes the coach writes the programme and films the demonstrations, and makes that quick: exercises are created once and copied between clients, and videos uploaded through Basecamp are captioned for you when you speak over them. Everfit assumes a coach may want to start from a library or a template, and on Studio to sell that content on demand. If you already have your own system and your own footage, the library matters less than the speed of the builder.

Coaching from a desk

Tie

Both are built around a web app for coaches; Everfit’s adds automation, payments and team management, while Basecamp puts more of each client’s training on one screen.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • Basecamp: every client as a card with workouts, exercises, updates, engagement, weight, steps, sign-in streak and Academy lessons, sortable by least recently active
  • Tabs for every open panel, colour-coded by client, so you move between clients without losing your place
  • Up to 12 sticky notes on the workspace, and one search across clients, workouts, exercises, forms, videos and habits with Cmd+K
  • Per exercise: volume, top set, estimated one-rep max and a volume trend from the client’s logged sets
  • Who is online right now, and a nutrition week view with a meals-by-day grid

Everfit

  • Web dashboard for programming, calendars, messaging and analytics, plus the Everfit for Coach app
  • Autoflow: scheduled messages, onboarding sequences and broadcasts (add-on)
  • Saved responses and an AI smart-response drafter on Pro
  • Team management with multiple coaches on Pro
  • Data analytics and goal setting
More on Coaching from a desk

Basecamp is the same account and the same data as the phone app, in a browser, for coaches only. It shows things the phone does not, such as an estimated one-rep max from each client’s sets, caption status on every video and a filterable client grid. Everfit’s web app is where its coaches live too, and it adds the business layer: automation, payments and teams. Basecamp goes deeper on training data, Everfit goes wider, so this is a tie.

Nutrition coaching

Tie

Everfit logs meals inside its own app with AI photo scanning on Pro and sells meal plans as an add-on; Workout Titan Coaching gives clients a free logging app that shows where every number came from.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • Workout Titan Nutrition is a separate app, free for clients with no time limit
  • You set calorie and macro targets, daily or weekly, in grams or percent, plus a weight goal with a rate and target date
  • Food, weight and end-of-day notes reach your dashboard as they are logged; Basecamp adds a week view with a metrics table and meals by day
  • Every entry shows its source and a confidence rating; clients can stop sharing at any time
  • Unlimited AI scanning included for your clients on Performance and Infinity

Everfit

  • Food journal and macro tracking on Pro and above
  • MacroSnap: AI meal scanning from a photo
  • Meal plans and recipe books as a $33 to $39 a month add-on
  • MyFitnessPal and Cronometer sync
  • Basic meal plans on Pro
More on Nutrition coaching

If you write meal plans, Everfit does something Workout Titan does not: it will build and deliver them, for a monthly add-on. Workout Titan deliberately stops at targets and logging. Where it goes further is transparency: a client sees the source and confidence of every estimate, and can switch sharing off at any time, which is never retroactive. Clients who log every day will want unlimited scanning, which is £8.99 a month on their own or included through a coach on Performance or Infinity.

Payments, automation and branding

Winner: Everfit

Everfit takes payments, automates messages and brands the client app; Workout Titan Coaching does none of these and says so.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • No payment processing: a per-client overdue-payment reminder you switch on yourself is the whole feature
  • No booking or calendar, and no automated messaging
  • No branded app; clients use the Workout Titan Coaching app
  • Tag clients as online, in person or hybrid, and filter the Basecamp grid by it
  • Public check-in forms with a shareable link, for enquiries and screening (paid plans)

Everfit

  • Integrated payments and packages, one-off or recurring, with discount codes and trials ($8 to $9 a month add-on); HSA/FSA payments
  • Booking and scheduling on Pro
  • Autoflow automation and broadcast messaging
  • Custom colours and logo on Pro; white-label app on Enterprise
  • Community forums on Pro, group chat on Studio
More on Payments, automation and branding

If you want one platform to run the business as well as the coaching, this section decides it: Everfit wins outright. Workout Titan’s position is that invoicing, booking and marketing automation are already handled well by tools coaches have, and that the coaching app should be free of them. The cost of that position is a second tool for payments. The benefit is that nothing in Workout Titan Coaching or Basecamp is behind an add-on.

Offline use and languages

Winner: Workout Titan Coaching

Both work in six languages and both work without signal, but Workout Titan Coaching lets clients log weight, habits and messages offline where Everfit covers downloaded workouts only.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • Log sets, weight, measurements, habits and messages with no signal; they send when you reconnect and keep the time you logged them
  • Recently opened workouts stay on the phone for about a week, with no download step
  • English (UK and US), German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, in the app and in Basecamp
  • iPhone and iPad (iOS 17 or later), Android 8 or later, and Basecamp in any modern browser
  • Steps and watch data arrive through Apple Health or Health Connect; there is no watch app

Everfit

  • Download a workout while online and track it offline; exercise videos are not available offline, and downloads are removed 14 days after their date
  • Client app in English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch and Italian
  • iPhone (iOS 13 or later), Android and Apple Watch apps, plus the web
  • Rated 4.8 from 1,200 ratings on the UK App Store
  • Wearables: Apple Health, Health Connect, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin and Oura
More on Offline use and languages

Everfit deserves credit here: it is one of the few coaching apps with any offline mode at all. The difference is scope. Everfit’s covers a workout you downloaded in advance, without its videos. Workout Titan Coaching keeps what you have opened, needs no download step, and also queues weight, measurements, habit ticks and messages. Anything that changes a programme rather than logs against it still needs a connection on either. On languages the two lists overlap in four; Everfit adds Dutch and Italian, Workout Titan adds Brazilian Portuguese and translates the coach’s tools as well as the client’s.

Check-ins and progress

Tie

Both track weight, measurements, habits, photos and steps; Everfit reads six wearable platforms and adds challenges, while Workout Titan Coaching goes further on what each set and each check-in tells you.

Workout Titan Coaching

  • Recurring check-in forms with six question types, weekly, monthly or quarterly, each question required or optional (Performance and above)
  • Every set logged with RPE, warm-up sets and rest timers; substitutions logged honestly rather than left blank; a personal-best marker on each exercise chart
  • Weight in kg, lb or stone; eight body measurements in cm or inches; six months of trend charts
  • Progress photos stored privately with location data stripped, compared side by side, and switchable per client
  • Habits ticked daily, with a four-week heatmap and 30-day rate in Basecamp; one-to-one messaging with read receipts

Everfit

  • Forms and questionnaires, habits and tasks on Pro
  • Steps, sleep and heart rate from Apple Health, Health Connect, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin or Oura
  • Body metrics and progress photos on every plan
  • Challenges and leaderboards; goal setting
  • Direct messages with voice notes; scheduled messages
More on Check-ins and progress

Everfit leans on breadth: more wearables, challenges, voice notes and scheduled messages. Workout Titan Coaching leans on the data in each session: RPE on every set, substitutions recorded as such, an estimated one-rep max in Basecamp, and forms that ask the same questions on a schedule. Sign-in is passwordless, by Apple, Google or an emailed link, and clients can delete their account from inside the app with a 14-day cooling-off period. Frequently asked questions

  • Is Workout Titan Coaching cheaper than Everfit?

It depends on the roster. Everfit is free for 5 clients where Workout Titan Coaching is free for 3, and Everfit Pro at $16 a month paid annually undercuts Momentum at £19.99 for the same five. The comparison shifts once you add what Everfit sells separately: payments, automation and meal plans are monthly add-ons, whereas Workout Titan’s four prices include everything. Everfit’s Pro price also rises with a client-count slider. Prices checked 24 September 2026.

  • What is Basecamp, and does it cost extra?

Basecamp is Workout Titan Coaching in a browser, for coaches only. It uses the same account and data as the phone app, so nothing is set up twice, and it is included on every plan, Foundation included. It is built for desk work: a grid of every client with their numbers, tabs for working across several clients, sticky notes, one search across everything, video uploads with automatic captions, the form builder and the nutrition week view. Clients never use it; they only need the app.

  • Can I move my clients from Everfit to Workout Titan Coaching?

There is no import. You rebuild programmes in Workout Titan Coaching, which is quicker than it sounds because an exercise is created once and copied between clients, and Basecamp lets you build a whole block on a big screen. Then invite each client from the app; they have 24 hours to download it and finish signing up. Most coaches move a few clients at a time while the rest finish their current block.

  • Does Workout Titan Coaching take payments from clients?

No. Workout Titan Coaching does not process payments or know whether a client has paid you. There is a per-client payment reminder you switch on yourself, which shows the client an overdue notice, and that is the whole feature. Everfit takes one-off and recurring payments with packages, discount codes and trials as an $8 to $9 a month add-on on paid plans.

  • Does Everfit have a free plan?

Yes. Everfit’s Starter plan is free for up to 5 clients with no time limit and no card, and includes the workout builder, a custom exercise library, metrics, progress photos, tasks and messaging. Habits, forms, the food journal, branding and payments need Pro. Workout Titan Coaching’s Foundation plan is free for three clients and includes every coaching feature and Basecamp; check-in forms and video uploads past the first five need a paid plan.

  • Does Workout Titan Coaching have an exercise library?

No. You create your own exercises and attach your own videos, or link to a YouTube video. Everfit supplies a built-in library of more than a thousand exercise videos plus programme templates and an AI workout builder, which is a genuine advantage if you are starting out or would rather not film demonstrations.

  • Which one works without signal?

Both, to different degrees. Everfit lets a client download a workout in advance and track it offline, without its videos; downloads are removed 14 days after their date. Workout Titan Coaching keeps recently opened workouts without a download step and also queues weight, measurements, habit ticks and messages, sending them when signal returns with the time they were logged.

How we compare

We build Workout Titan Coaching, so this page cannot be neutral. What it can be is fair. Every fact about Everfit comes from its own website and app store listings, checked on 24. September 2026, and we link to them so you can see for yourself. Each section names a winner, including Everfit where it does the better job, and says so when it is a tie. Nothing here is a rating or a review of Everfit: it is a description of what each app does, in the same words for both.
