Everything your coach has built for you is on your dashboard. There is nothing to download and nothing to start. Open Workout Titan Coaching and your program is there.
The order matters
Workouts appear in the sequence your coach set, and so do the exercises inside each one. That order is deliberate. Your coach chose it, and it is not an accident of when things were added. Working down the list in order is how the program is meant to run.
Folders
Your coach may group workouts into folders, usually a training block, sometimes a phase or a month. Each has a name and often a description explaining what it is for. Open one to see the workouts inside.
A folder saying "Your coach hasn't put any workouts in here yet" is a container waiting to be filled, usually for a block that starts soon. It is not a fault.
"No workouts yet"
If your whole dashboard says your coach has not added any workouts to your program, they have not built it yet. This is normal in the first day or two after you join. They cannot start until you have finished signing up.
If it has been longer than you expected, message them. Nothing is broken on your side.
Inside a workout
Each exercise shows what to do: sets, reps or a time, rest, and a target weight where your coach has set one. Some carry notes with cues to focus on, and some have a video attached. The video is worth watching before your first attempt.
Exercises grouped under one heading are meant to be done together, for example as a superset. Your coach grouped them, so do them as a group rather than finishing all the sets of the first before starting the second.
Badges you might see
- Complete: that exercise has been marked done, by you or your coach.
- Read only: you can see the program but not log against it. Your coach will know why, so ask them.
- Payment overdue: a flag your coach has set by hand. Workout Titan does not handle payments, so this is a reminder from them, not a bill from us.
If something changes mid-week
Your coach can edit your program at any time and you see it immediately. If a workout looks different from yesterday, it probably is. Pull down on the dashboard to refresh if you think you are looking at something stale.
