  • Know which jobs belong in Coaching on the web and which are faster on your phone
  • Find your way around the sidebar, the client grid and the panels that open from the right
  • Sort the client grid by least recently active and act on who surfaces
  • Read the stats on a client card, including what engagement and the Academy figure mean
  • Use presence to see when a client was last active

Before you start

  • A Workout Titan Coaching account
  • At least one client, or Coaching on the web has very little to show you

Lessons

  1. Lesson 1: What Coaching on the web is, and what only it does

The same coaching account in a browser, with a screen big enough to show a whole roster at once. What is only here, and when the phone is still the better tool.Explainer·2 min read
  2. Lesson 2: Finding your way around the workspace

A sidebar on the left, the client grid in the middle, and panels that slide in from the right. How the three parts relate, and why your layout sometimes resets.Explainer·2 min read
  3. Lesson 3: Reading the client grid

Every client as a card, sortable by how recently they were active. The sort that matters most is the one nobody uses: least recently active.Explainer·2 min read
  4. Lesson 4: The figures on a client card

Workouts, exercises, updates, engagement, weight, sign-in streak and Academy lessons. What each one counts, and which are worth acting on.Explainer·2 min read
  5. Lesson 5: Seeing who is online

Coaching on the web shows which clients are in the app right now, how long they have been there, and when you last saw everyone else. Useful, and worth using carefully.Explainer·2 min read
