We, Workout Titan Limited ("us", "we", or "our"), operate the website found at https://www.workouttitan.com, the Basecamp coaching platform found at https://www.basecamp.workouttitan.com, and the mobile application available for download on the Apple App Store, for iOS and iPadOS, and on the Google Play Store, for Android, collectively referred to as the "Service".
This page informs you of our policies regarding the sale of our Subscription offering and your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
Subscriptions
After utilising your three free client slots with Workout Titan's Foundation plan, a subscription is required to invite more clients to the platform. Subscriptions can be purchased directly within the Apple or Android versions of the Workout Titan app through in-app purchases. These subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are typically set on a monthly basis unless an annual plan is selected. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription renewal through the subscription management settings on your device:
- Apple Users: You can manage your subscription via the Subscriptions settings in the App Store or by selecting the 'Manage subscription' button in the 'Manage account' section of the Workout Titan app.
- Android Users: You can manage your subscription through the Google Play Store subscription settings or by selecting the 'Manage subscription' button in the 'Manage account' section of the Workout Titan app.

Payment and Billing
For subscriptions made through the Workout Titan app, payment processing is securely handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device platform. A valid payment method (e.g., debit or credit card) linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account is required to process recurring subscription payments. By subscribing, you authorise Apple or Google to charge all subscription fees to your selected payment method in accordance with their respective terms of service.
If an automatic payment fails, the store will usually retry and may keep your subscription active for a short grace period first. The length of that period is set by the App Store or Google Play and can change.
During the grace period, you will receive notifications via email or app alerts, prompting you to resolve the payment issue. To regain uninterrupted access, you must update your payment method through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. If the issue is not resolved by the end of the grace period, your subscription benefits will be suspended.
Cancellation and Termination
If you cancel your subscription, you keep your current access until the end of the Billing Cycle you have paid for. After that your account reverts to the Foundation Plan, and if you are over its client limit the app will ask you to archive clients until you are within it.
On the Foundation Plan you can coach up to three active clients, and the number of videos you can upload is limited. To coach more clients or lift those limits, you will need an active subscription, which you can start again at any time.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings, by contacting our support team, or by tapping the 'Upgrade plan' option within the app.
We may suspend or end your access where we reasonably believe you have breached our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will tell you first.
Fee Changes and Notifications
Workout Titan Limited reserves the right to modify Subscription fees for the Service at any time. Any changes to Subscription fees will be managed in accordance with the policies of the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
The App Store or Google Play will notify you of any price change before it takes effect, and you will be able to accept it or cancel. Where the store requires your explicit agreement to a price increase, your subscription will not renew at the new price unless you give it.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the start of a subscription to cancel it and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Because subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, those stores handle billing and refunds. To exercise this right, make a refund request to the store you purchased through, using the links in the Refunds section below.
If you begin using the paid features within those 14 days, you may lose the automatic right to cancel, or any refund may be reduced to reflect what you have already used. This does not affect your rights where the Service is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
Refunds
Refund Policy
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds for in-app subscriptions purchased through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) are managed exclusively by the respective platform:
- Apple Users: Submit refund requests through the Apple Support website or directly via your purchase history in your Apple ID settings.
- Android Users: Submit refund requests through the Google Play Help Center or your Google Play account.
Workout Titan Limited cannot directly approve or process refunds for in-app purchases. For questions or additional guidance, please contact our support team at help@workouttitan.com. Refunds, if approved by Apple or Google, will be processed according to their policies and timelines.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK law), you are entitled to a refund if the service provided is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
For users outside the UK, your rights are governed by the consumer protection laws applicable in your country or region. Please note that for digital services, once you access or use the service, you may lose your automatic right to a refund unless the service fails to meet these legal standards.

Annual Subscriptions on Android (Infinity Plan)
Currently, the annual subscription option for the Infinity Plan is unavailable on Android due to platform limitations. Android users can still subscribe to the Infinity Plan on a monthly basis. We apologise for any inconvenience and are actively exploring solutions to enable an annual subscription option on Android in the future. Annual billing is available on Android for our other plans; this affects the Infinity Plan only.

Privacy and Data Collection
Workout Titan Limited respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment processing is securely managed by the respective platform. Workout Titan does not store or process payment information, such as credit card details, directly.
Subscription status is managed with the help of RevenueCat, Inc., which receives details of your purchase and an identifier for your installation, but not your payment details. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
The billing and payment data collected by Apple or Google is subject to their own privacy and data protection policies. We recommend reviewing these policies to understand how your information is handled:
