Plans are separated mainly by how many clients you can train at once. A few features differ as well, but the client limit is what decides which plan you need. The four plans
- Foundation: free, up to 3 clients. Enough to run a small practice, or to try Workout Titan Coaching before paying.
- Momentum: up to 5 clients. For coaches taking on a few more people.
- Performance: up to 25 clients. For a larger online roster.
- Infinity: unlimited clients.
Monthly or annual
Annual billing costs less than paying monthly, and the upgrade screen shows you the percentage as you choose. Both options cover the same plan and the same client limit. What changes is the billing period and the price. Annual is a longer commitment, so it suits a settled client roster. Monthly keeps the commitment short.
Where you buy it
You buy a plan through your app store, Apple or Google, rather than from us directly. On Android you need to be signed in to the Play Store before plans will show. Workout Titan Coaching tells you that rather than displaying an empty list.
That also means cancelling and turning off auto-renewal happens in your store's subscription settings, reached from Manage account.
Refunds
The renewal notice states it plainly: purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. It is worth reading before you buy an annual plan.
What happens when a plan expires
Your account moves to Foundation and you carry on training up to 3 clients free. Nothing is deleted. Your existing clients, programmes and history stay where they are.
If you had more than 3 clients when it lapsed, you are over the Foundation limit and Workout Titan Coaching tells you so. It is worth checking your renewal date before it passes.
Checking where you stand
Manage account, then Subscription, shows your plan, its status, your renewal date, how long you have been a member and your quota usage. Quota usage is the part to read before you take on someone new, because it tells you how many of your plan's client places are already in use.
