Your coach can send you forms: check-ins, progress questions, whatever they need to ask regularly. They appear on your dashboard when they are due and stay there until you complete them.
Filling one in
Tap the form on your dashboard and work down the questions. Your coach builds these themselves, so the mix varies. You might get short answers, longer text, numbers, dates, yes or no, and multiple choice. Required questions have to be answered before you can submit. Anything marked optional can be left.
Dates go in as year, month and day, and the field tells you the format. Submit and you get "Form response submitted".
Some questions have a line of description under them, where your coach has said what they mean by it. Worth a read before you answer that one.
What not to put in one
The form carries an explicit note: do not share personal or private information.
That is worth sticking to, even when a question seems to invite it. Answer what is being asked about your training and how you are getting on. Medical history, diagnoses, identification numbers and financial details do not belong here. If something genuinely matters to your coaching, tell your coach directly rather than typing it into a stored record.
When the next one appears
Recurring forms are timed from when you last finished one, not from a fixed calendar date. A weekly form comes back six full days after you submitted the last one, which often means it reappears the evening before the same weekday comes round.
Miss one and nothing stacks up. The form waits on your dashboard until you complete it, and the schedule restarts from that date. You will never come back from holiday to four outstanding check-ins.
How often one comes round is your coach's choice: weekly, monthly or quarterly.
What your coach sees
Your answers sit under the form on their side, newest first, with the date you sent them. Anything you left blank shows as unanswered rather than as an empty space.
Messages you might hit
- Form not assigned: it is not currently assigned to you. Contact your coach if you think that is wrong.
- Form unavailable: it cannot be completed at the moment. Again, one for your coach.
- Authentication required: sign in again and resubmit.
- Still showing after you submitted it: pull down on your dashboard to refresh. If it persists, your coach may have assigned it more than once.
If there is something you want to say that the questions do not ask about, send it as a message instead. Messaging your coach or clients covers that.
