You can delete your Workout Titan account and all the personal data attached to it from inside any of our apps. Deletion runs automatically 14 days after you request it. We email you the exact date when you ask, remind you about two days before, and you can cancel at any time until then.
Delete your account in the app
The steps are the same in Workout Titan Coaching, Workout Titan Nutrition and Basecamp:
1. Open Manage account.
2. Choose Privacy & data.
3. Turn on Delete my account and confirm.
The same switch is in all three apps. Deleting from any one of them deletes your whole account, not just the app you used.
Your account stays as it is until the scheduled date. Nothing is removed while the 14 days are running.
Coaches and clients
If you are a coach, deleting your account removes your videos, messages and client connections. Your clients keep the workouts, exercises and habits you set up for them, everything they logged, and their own weight, measurement and nutrition records.
If you are a client, your coach loses access to everything you have logged.
If you cannot sign in
Email legal@workouttitan.com from the address on your account and we will start the same 14-day deletion for you. The 14 days work the same way, so you can still cancel before the date.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your profile, your training and nutrition history, your hydration and weight logs, your measurements, photos, videos, messages, subscription record and mailing-list entry.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as evidence of your consent choices, are kept without your identity attached. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.
Your mailing-list entry goes with the account, so marketing emails stop too. If the emails are the only thing you want to stop, see how to unsubscribe from receiving emails.
Deletion runs on the scheduled date. If one of the services we have to clear that day is unavailable, we retry daily, and the erasure always completes within 28 days of your request. If you change your mind
Turn the switch off before the scheduled date and nothing is deleted. Your account, your history and your coach or client connections stay as they are.
