Everything in Workout Titan Coaching starts with a client. Until you have one, the dashboard says so plainly: "Workout Titan Coaching works best with clients. Add your first client to get started."
Sending the invite
1. Open Invite client from your dashboard.
2. Read the three declarations: Coach responsibility, Data consent & privacy, and Onboarding requirement. These are not boilerplate, and Coach responsibility in particular commits you to something.
3. Turn on I confirm.
4. Tap Share. Coaching generates a step-by-step invitation message you can send however you like, by message, by email, or by whatever your client actually reads.
You will see "Invite sent", and you are told what happens next: you can start creating their programme once they have signed up.
The 24-hour window
This is the detail that catches coaches out. Your client has 24 hours from receiving the invitation to download the app and finish signing up. Miss the window and the invitation expires. You issue a new one, and they start again.
So send it when they are actually going to act on it. An invite sent on a Friday night, to someone who will not look at their phone until Monday, expires before they open it. Tell them it is coming, and that it is time-limited.
What your client has to do
To finish signing up they must give their name and email address, and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. None of it is optional, and you cannot do it on their behalf. It works that way so consent is genuinely theirs, which is what GDPR and the app stores both require.
For the same reason, their name and email stay theirs afterwards. If you try to change either from their profile, you are told that only the client can update it.
Before you invite
Check you have room. Every plan has a client limit, and the free Foundation plan allows 3. Going over it puts a message on your dashboard rather than silently allowing it. It is worth knowing where you stand before you promise someone a place.
If the invite will not send
"Couldn't share invite" means the share sheet failed, rather than anything being wrong with the client or your account. Try again. If your phone's share sheet is misbehaving generally, a restart usually settles it.
