Two more settings live under a client's Preferences. Both are organisational rather than functional. They change how your roster reads, not what anyone can do.
Payment reminder
Workout Titan Coaching describes it exactly: it shows an overdue payment indicator. That is the whole feature.
Read that carefully before you rely on it. Workout Titan does not take payments from your clients, does not know whether anyone has paid you, and does not chase anybody. This is a flag you raise yourself, so you can see at a glance who you need to have a conversation with. Nothing is sent to the client.
Set the Period to Daily or Weekly to match how you bill, and turn the indicator off once someone settles up. Left on, it stops meaning anything within a fortnight.
The flag is yours to maintain. Nothing here checks a bank account, so it is accurate for exactly as long as you keep it up to date. It is also private to you, and it restricts nothing: a flagged client keeps their workouts, their messages and their history.
If someone has stopped training with you rather than simply being late, archiving is the better tool for that. See "Archiving and restoring a client".
Organisation and session type
Set the delivery method for a client's sessions and they group accordingly on your dashboard. Three options:
- Online: you never see them in person.
- In person: you train them face to face.
- Hybrid: some of each.
This changes nothing about the client's experience and nothing about what you can do for them. It exists so a roster of thirty people sorts into groups you actually think in, rather than one long alphabetical list.
It pairs usefully with the other preferences. An in-person client is the one whose measurements you will be taking yourself. An online client is the one whose logged data has to tell you what you would otherwise see in the room.
Both settings sit in a client's Preferences, alongside the rest of what you can adjust one client at a time. "The client profile at a glance" covers the screen they live on. "Controlling what a client can log" covers the preferences that do change what a client sees.
